Warmhearted is a personal AI companion in early beta. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the controls available to users.

If you connect Google Calendar, Warmhearted uses calendar access to show schedule information and, when you confirm the details, create or update calendar appointments. Calendar event content is used to fulfill calendar requests and operate the calendar feature. Warmhearted may record connection status and aggregate usage counts, such as calendar reads or appointments created, so operators can support managed agents. Warmhearted does not sell Google Calendar data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. Warmhearted's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Warmhearted stores saved memory summaries separately from raw tool results where practical. Connected calendar or email content should not be saved into companion memory unless you explicitly ask Warmhearted to remember something. In the app, you can use Memory & privacy controls to review saved memories, delete saved chat-memory summaries, request a data export, or request account deletion.
Warmhearted does not sell personal information. We use service providers and infrastructure needed to run the app, deliver support, process AI responses, maintain security, and provide connected integrations that you choose to use.
Warmhearted retains information while your account is active and as needed to operate the beta, provide support, maintain security, and comply with obligations. If you request account deletion, support will verify the correct account and remove associated stored account data where possible.
