Getting Started

  1. Open the login link from your welcome email and enter your temporary password.
  2. You'll be asked to set a new personal password — choose something memorable and secure.
  3. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions.
  4. Your companion will introduce itself and ask you a few friendly questions to get to know you. This is a real conversation, not a form — just reply naturally.
  5. That's it! You're in. Your companion is ready to talk whenever you are.

Common Questions

I didn't receive my welcome email.

Check your spam or junk folder first — it sometimes lands there. If it's not there after 10 minutes, email us at support@warmhearted.ai and we'll resend it.

I forgot my password.

Open your companion login page and tap Forgot password?. Enter the email address on your account and Warmhearted will send a one-hour reset link. If you are already signed in, open Settings and tap Email password reset link.

How do I use voice input?

Tap the microphone button 🎤 in the chat window. The first time you use it, your browser will ask for permission — tap Allow. Speak naturally; the mic will automatically turn off after a few seconds of silence.

Chrome isn't picking up my voice.

Go to chrome://settings/content/microphone and make sure app.warmhearted.ai is in the Allowed list. This is a one-time step.

Can my companion hear me and speak back?

Yes! Tap the microphone 🎤 to speak, and the speaker 🔊 to enable voice responses. Both can be on at the same time for a fully hands-free conversation.

Is my conversation private?

Your companion is yours alone. Warmhearted stores account information, onboarding notes, chat history, saved memory summaries, feedback, and support/privacy requests for your account. We do not sell your data.

Can I see or remove what Warmhearted remembers?

Yes. Open Settings in the app and use Memory & privacy to review saved memories, delete saved chat-memory summaries, request a data export, or request account deletion.

How do I leave the beta or delete my account?

Open Settings → Memory & privacy and request account deletion, or email support@warmhearted.ai. Support will disable access first, verify the correct account, and then remove associated stored account data.

My account is locked.

Too many incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock your account. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or email support and we'll clear it immediately.
