iPhone Calendar Setup
Connect your calendar so your companion knows your schedule
Option A — Apple Calendar (iCloud)
- Open the Calendar app on your iPhone.
- Tap Calendars at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the info button ⓘ next to the calendar you want to share.
- Tap Share Link… and copy the link that appears. It starts with
webcal:// — replace webcal:// with https:// before pasting it into Warmhearted.
Option B — Google Calendar
- Go to calendar.google.com in Safari (the mobile app doesn't have this option).
- Tap the three-line menu ☰ and go to Settings.
- Tap the calendar you want to share (usually your name).
- Scroll to Integrate calendar and copy the Secret address in iCal format link.
🔒 This is a private link — read-only access to your calendar. Keep it to yourself.
Step 2 — Add it to Warmhearted
- Open Warmhearted and tap the ⚙ Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- Paste your calendar link into the Calendar URL field.
- Tap Save. Your companion will confirm it worked.
Common Questions
Which calendars can I connect?
Any calendar that provides an iCal (.ics) link works — Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, and most other services support this.
How often does it update?
Your companion checks your calendar at the start of each conversation, so it always has your latest events.
Can I connect more than one calendar?
Not yet — one calendar link at a time for now. Apple Calendar can merge multiple calendars into one shared link if you need that.
