This page is for invited early-access testers. You will need the private login link and temporary password from your invitation email.
Tip: Your Warmhearted link is private to you. Please do not forward it or post it publicly.
Most invitations are opened on a desktop or laptop first, but Warmhearted is usually best on your phone. Use whichever method is easiest:
The QR code should open only your private login link. It should not include your temporary password.
You only need the QR code once. After Warmhearted opens on your phone, follow the Android or iPhone steps below to add it to your home screen. From then on, use the Warmhearted icon like an app — no QR code needed.
If Warmhearted opens full screen and you do not see a browser menu, reopen the same private link in your normal browser first: Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone. You need the browser menu only once so you can add Warmhearted to your home screen.
Use Chrome on Android for the smoothest install.
If Chrome asks for microphone permission, tap Allow if you want to use voice input.
Use Safari. Chrome on iPhone can open Warmhearted, but Safari is the correct path for adding it to your home screen.
If Safari asks for microphone permission, tap Allow if you want to use voice input.
You can also use Warmhearted from a desktop or laptop browser. Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, and Firefox should all work for normal chat.
If you use Microsoft products, the browser is called Microsoft Edge. Bing is the search engine, not the browser.
Warmhearted stores your account details, onboarding notes, chat history, saved memory summaries, feedback, and support/privacy requests so your companion can become more useful over time.
You can open Settings in the app and use Memory & privacy to review saved memories, delete saved chat-memory summaries, request a data export, or request account deletion.
If you decide Warmhearted is not for you, support will disable access first, verify the correct account, and then remove associated stored account data.
Please send Ben what happened, what device you were using, and which browser you used. Screenshots are helpful if you are comfortable sharing them.
